Returns Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please include details of the issue with the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Products that were ordered in error, that do not fit, or buyers remorse are NOT able to be returned.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We ship to any address in the contiguous United States. If you would like to ship outside of this region, please contact us for specific shipping instructions. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We typically ship orders once per week, please be patient as we hand pack your order with love and care.
